Generic Name: Valsartan/Amlodipine Tablets
[Indications]
For the treatment of essential hypertension.
This product is indicated in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy.
[Usage and Dosage]
Amlodipine at a daily dose of 2.5 mg to 10 mg is effective in treating hypertension, while effective valsartan doses range from 80 mg to 320 mg.
In clinical trials with once-daily valsartan/amlodipine tablets, doses of 5–10 mg amlodipine and 80–320 mg valsartan produced dose-dependent antihypertensive effects.
Patients whose blood pressure is inadequately controlled by monotherapy may switch to this product.
Amlodipine and valsartan can be taken with or without food. This product is recommended to be taken with water.

Contraindicated in patients allergic to the active ingredients or any excipients of this product.
